Our family-run establishment has a longstanding culinary tradition. We prepare a wide variety of typical South Tyrolean meals from the well-known cookbook of my grandmother Hanna Perwanger, but also Italian dishes. We use fresh ingredients from local farmers. Herbs and greens are grown in our own garden. Try one of our recipes!
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet with a large variety of bread from neighbouring Völs, fruit, homemade cakes and other treats. Dinner starts with a healthy salad buffet, followed by a hors d'oeuvre and/or a soup, the main course and a sweet.
